The Big Virtual Czech In #CheersFromCzech

Traverse was tasked with bring awareness around the Czech Republic as a future travel destination whilst reminding travellers to pause but not to cancel trips to the country. Collaborating with CzechTourism and Budvar to bring an authentic Czech experience to the homes of hundreds of content creators, influencers and their audiences.

What Happened?
In collaboration with AM+A, CzechTourism and Budweiser Budvar we created of one of the world’s biggest virtual tourism events streamed live.

The event brought together leading travel influencers for an interactive Zoom event that included a beer tasting session hosted by Budvar, pub quiz and after party with the Czech DJ Oliver Torr.

Care packages including bottles of Budvar were sent out to influencers in advance of the event.

The general public were encouraged to participate at home watching the live Facebook stream with spot prizes and interactive quiz. Influencers posted about their experience across social media using our customised branded Instagram templates.

The Results

Facebook Live – The Big Virtual Czech In – over 130 influencers attended with a combined reach of over 2,225,000, produced over 6,500 views and reached over 18,000 people.

Over 300 Instagram posts were created before, during and after the event producing over 300,000 impressions, over 42 main feed posts.

Samsung Three Gallery

Traverse hosted a gallery of photographs all taken on a Samsung S9 by digital content creators and influencers. Prior to the three day exhibition, Traverse invited people to attend workshops to improve their mobile photography skills and get to grips with getting the best out of the Samsung S9. After the workshops, attendees were invited to submit their best shots to be hosted in the Samsung Three gallery with three winners being selected on the evening of the gallery’s VIP show case.

Princess Cruises #DiscoverWithPrincess

TRAVERSE SENT 9 INFLUENCERS TO EXPERIENCE THE REGAL PRINCESS CRUISE AROUND RUSSIA AND SCANDINAVIA OVER 10 DAYS.

The aim of the campaign was to create brand awareness as well as show that cruising is suitable for consumers in their 20’s & 30’s.

Influencers visited Tallin, St Petersburg, Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo.

WE INVITED 40 ELITE LEVEL BLOGGERS, YOUTUBERS, INSTAGRAMMERS AND DIGITAL CONTENT CREATORS TO ATTEND A CONFERENCE AND EXPLORE THE BEAUTIFUL ISLAND OF ANTIGUA.

The content creators were invited to explore and experience the range of activities the island has to offer. As well as activities like kayaking, a rum inspired cooking lesson and sunrise hiking, the creators had time to explore the island and capture its beauty.

THREE YOUTUBERS TRAVELLED TO MACAO TO INCREASE AWARENESS OF THE AREA AS A TOURIST DESTINATION

The influencers focused on the and it’s unique Portuguese-Chinese heritage, it’s legendary cuisine, attractions including the Macau Tower and Giant Panda Pavilion, and nightlife.

Vloggers travelled for one week producing two videos of the region and associated social media content across Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

Topdeck’s #Ultimate49

WE SENT INFLUENCERS OUT ON THE ROAD TO TICK OFF BUCKET LIST EXPERIENCES FROM TOPDECK’S EPIC TRIPS

We created a countdown of 49 epic bucket list experiences from around the world and hosted them on a unique microsite linked to Topdeck’s website.

We sent influencers to experience these epic moments and tell their own individual stories through blog posts, video and social media (in particular, Instagram stories and photos).

WE HOSTED A SPECIAL TWO DAY CONFERENCE FOR 50 ELITE DIGITAL INFLUENCERS ON THE STUNNING BALEARIC ISLAND OF MENORCA

YouTubers, Instagrammers, photographers, videographers and bloggers were invited to experience Menorca with pre or post conference experiences to showcase the beauty and range of activities on offer on the island. From gin tasting and kayaking to horse riding and cruising the island in electric cars, influencers had the opportunity to see another side to the island and document it on their channels.

Objective: To increase awareness around Menorca as a holiday destination with a focus on showcasing the unique and lesser-known activities and attractions on the island.

Solution: By hosting a range of talented elite content creators and influencers, we created a range of high quality content (video, photography and blog posts) and social media engagement around Menorca.

We saw a 300% increase in online mentions of “Menorca” year on year.
